• Delays & Risk of Loss: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, natural events, or factors outside our control. Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees required by their destination country.
