14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted and spiritual items from Bubbles Botanica. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags or seals intact.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to the custom, energetic, and hygienic nature of our catalog, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom & Bespoke Goods: Custom-sized Waistbeads, personalized spell jars, or any made-to-order creations.

  • Spiritual Soaps & Body Products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, any soaps, herbal baths, oils, or topical products that have been opened, unsealed, or used are final sale.

  • Clearance or Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance promotion.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Info@bubblesbotanica.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and our return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note on Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
