Shipping & Processing Policy

At Bubbles Botanica, many of our items are handcrafted in small batches or made custom to order. Please review our processing and shipping times below before placing your order.

Processing Timelines

• Waistbeads & Custom Handcrafted Goods: Allow 14 business days (2 weeks) for creation, processing, and packaging prior to shipment. Each piece is handmade with intention and care.

• Standard & In-Stock Items: Allow 3 business days for processing prior to shipment.

• Mixed Orders: If your order includes both custom Waistbeads (or other custom items) and standard in-stock items, your entire order will ship together after the 14-business-day processing window is complete. If you need your standard items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Shipping & Address Accuracy (Important Disclaimer)

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

• Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing the correct, complete, and current shipping address (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers) at checkout.

• Lost or Misdelivered Packages: Bubbles Botanica is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• Address Corrections: If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at Info@bubblesbotanica.com. While we will do our best to update your order if it has not yet entered production or shipping, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to reship the package to the correct address.
